I, hereby authorize Fremont Watersports Rentals, LLC to charge a $100.00
deposit per unit, to be rented. This deposit will reserve the above units for the rental period listed and will
be applied to the rental charges unless otherwise specified.
I understand that there is a 7-day cancellation policy and in the event of a cancellation I must notify Fremont Watersports Rentals, LLC prior to 7 days before the scheduled rental date or I agree to forfeit my entire
reservation deposit. In the event of a valid cancellation, FWR will refund you the reservation deposit less
15% service fee. I also agree that Fremont Watersports Rentals, LLC is not responsible for weather conditions
and I will not receive a refund for weather conditions, but will be able to re-schedule for a later date depending
on availability. Note: As per our policy we require a $1000.00 credit card damage deposit for pontoon boats
and waverunners (per unit rented) at the time of rental pick up.
Must be at least 18 years of age to rent or operate rental equipment.
