Rental hours are
9:00 am – 7:30 pm for full day and 9:00 am
– 2:00 pm or 2:30 pm – 7:30pm
for half days (unless arranged
otherwise). Fishing boat rentals can be picked
up earlier if arrangements are made. Rentals
that are returned late will be charged at the
hourly rate.
Waverunner
rentals require a $1000.00 Credit Card damage
deposit, Pontoon boat rentals require a $400.00
credit card damage deposit. Jon Boat
will require a $100.00 deposit.
A
minimum cleaning charge of $100.00 will be
charged if the rental equipment requires
cleaning (I.E. Trash left in the
Boat/Watercraft, mud, fish, bait, etc).
A
$100.00 deposit is required for all
reservations. Cancellations must be made 7 days
prior to the rental period to receive a deposit
refund less a 15% processing fee. Cancellations
made less than 7 days prior to the rental
period will forfeit the entire deposit. Also a
Rental Reservation Deposit Credit Card
Authorization form must be filled out and faxed
or mailed to us in order to secure your
reservation. Print your form

Fremont
Watersports Rentals, LLC is not responsible for
weather. If your rental period is rained out
prior to your departure you will be able to
reschedule a different rental period in the
future depending on availability. There will be
no refunds given due to weather conditions.
Renters
must be 18 years old, have a valid drivers
license, and a valid credit card.
The
renter is responsible for all damages &
losses. See rental agreement for more details.
Fuel & tax are not included in the rental
rates. The boats come full of fuel. The renter
will be charged for the fuel that is used or
can choose to fill it up prior to return.
No
deliveries on holiday weekends unless the unit
is rented for a minimum of 3 days.
No
half-day reservations allowed for pontoon boats
during weekends and holidays.
